Cancellation Policy :

Please be advised that once your payment has been received, processed, and services have begun on your order; you will be subjected to a $10 cancellation fee.

Custom Orders :

​

Stitchin' Studio specializes in custom and personalized items, so please be specific with your vision. Customers are responsible for establishing  fonts, design placement, sizing and color choice(s) on the order form. 

​

• In the event that an error is made by Stitchin' Studio a correction or a full replacement will be made by the vendor. 

• In the event that an error is made by the customer, corrections may be subject to an additional fee. 

• There is a NON-REFUNDABLE digitization fee of $30 for custom images. Unless the customer provides the .pes or .dst, all digitized images are fine tuned and designed in the format usable for The Stitchin' Studio and will not be shared with the client.

Expedited Services :

​

All orders require a standard 7-14 business day turnaround. Request outside of the standard turnaround window will be subjected to an additional $25 expedited order fee. Expedited shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Pick-up and Delivery :

Customers will receive a (call, email, or text)  ready for pick up notification. Full payment and pick up are required within 7 days of notification. A storage fee of $5 per day will be calculated for items held past 7 days.
